We are happy to provide top quality students rentals for our local ONU students.
Right now we are completely booked for the 2024-2025. We will start to book for the 2025/26 school year in late August.

We have 3 homes on main street that are rentals. 919, 915 and 911 (the red, white and blue homes)
These are brand new homes! Each home has 5 wonderful sized rooms each with own locks and 2 full bathrooms.
Has 1 large living room, 1 eat in kitchen and a finished garage that many students use as a second living space. Comes with refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. Lots of parking, includes a storage unit and a back yard area for all to share.
This house is $6000/per student. Includes all utilities (electric, water, gas & trash and mowing.)
